New York State Troopers will be on hand to offer rides on the Convincer to the public. The Convincer simulates the force exerted by a motor vehicle accident at speeds of 5 to 7 miles per hour to demonstrate the importance of wearing a seat belt.
 

The Clay and Moyers Corners Fire Departments will be providing demonstrations and displaying their equipment.
 

Representatives from the EMSTAT Center of SUNY Upstate Medical University will be present to provide information about their EMT and paramedic programs to anyone interested in getting involved in Emergency Medical Services.
